Over the last three years under Franck Cohen’s leadership, SAP EMEA, the company’s largest and most diverse region, expanded SAP’s customer-focused approach and delivered many quarters of record-setting results. Franck meets regularly with customers across the region driving the adoption of SAP’s cutting edge solutions including in-memory, cloud and mobility.
His vision of how SAP innovations can help transform organisations – “the art of the possible” – resonates strongly with customers and governments alike.
Franck joined SAP in 2009 as Senior Vice-President, COO for EMEA. He began his technology career in 1987 when he successfully launched and ran an enterprise resource planning (ERP) reseller in France. Ten years later he joined Intentia, a Swedish ERP company, where he held several roles including general manager of EMEA and Senior Vice-President of Sales worldwide. In 2006 when Intentia merged with Lawson Software, Franck remained with the new company as General Manager for EMEA. He was subsequently relocated to the United States to lead the North American sales organisation.
Franck studied Mathematics and Electronic Engineering at Tel Aviv University. He has lived in Israel, Singapore, Sweden, the United States and France. He is fluent in six languages.
