Chair: Lorents G. Lorentsen, OECD Director for Environment, with participation by high-level government officials and experts. Theme: Both the costs of climate change and the costs of action are expected to be large and unevenly distributed.
The OECD presented new analysis focussing on policy mixes that can help keep costs of action low, incentivise clean technology, and generate the necessary financing and investment flows.
