    Malgré des progrès, le Chili doit mieux détecter les actes de corruption transnationale et mener des enquêtes plus approfondies, selon l’OCDE

    Le Chili a fait des efforts louables pour mettre en œuvre la Convention, mais pas une seule condamnation pour corruption transnationale n’a été prononcée. Le Chili n’a pas suffisamment enquêté sur plusieurs des six allégations de corruption transnationale qui ont émergé depuis 2001.
