    Despite a 22% increase in the last quarter, global FDI flows in 2012 declined by 14% to USD 1.4 trillion compared to 2011 figures, according to preliminary estimates in the April 2013 issue of FDI in Figures.

    L’action répressive du Danemark en matière de lutte contre la corruption transnationale est insuffisante. On ne dénombre que 13 allégations de corruption transnationale et seule une affaire entrant dans le champ de la Convention de l’OCDE sur la lutte contre la corruption a donné lieu à des sanctions.

    Un nouveau rapport de l’OCDE appelle instamment les pouvoirs publics tchèques à agir au plus vite pour sensibiliser le secteur privé à la corruption transnationale, qui est encore trop mal connue des entreprises malgré l’adoption récente d’un dispositif législatif complet engageant leur responsabilité en cas d’infraction de cette nature.
