    Le Chili a fait des efforts louables pour mettre en œuvre la Convention, mais pas une seule condamnation pour corruption transnationale n’a été prononcée. Le Chili n’a pas suffisamment enquêté sur plusieurs des six allégations de corruption transnationale qui ont émergé depuis 2001.

Aucune poursuite n’a été engagée pour corruption transnationale depuis que l’Afrique du Sud a adhéré à la Convention anticorruption en 2007.
