The management of operational risk is at the heart of efficient government, but countries often fail to apply good or even routine operational risk management practices and have difficulty in understanding how to put the processes in place. This paper sets out a widely-applicable and relevant policy approach and management framework and illustrates its practical application in Turkey.

On ne dénombre que 13 allégations de corruption transnationale et seule une affaire entrant dans le champ de la Convention de l’OCDE sur la lutte contre la corruption a donné lieu à des sanctions.
Un nouveau rapport de l’OCDE appelle instamment les pouvoirs publics tchèques à agir au plus vite pour sensibiliser le secteur privé à la corruption transnationale, qui est encore trop mal connue des entreprises malgré l’adoption récente d’un dispositif législatif complet engageant leur responsabilité en cas d’infraction de cette nature.
