OPENSPACE: GOOD PRACTICES UNDER THE LENS
Participants were invited to participate in a “speed-networking” with those who designed and were running successful initiatives to prevent today’s youth becoming a ‘lost generation to the labour market’.
A total of 19 projects were presented in two rounds of four meetings each.
In one of the rounds participants were a “host” and in the other one an “interviewer”. As a “host” they met with 4 small groups of participants for 4 subsequent 20/25-minute interview-meetings, presenting their projects. After the 20-25 minutes expired, people moved on to their next interview. As an “interviewer” each participant had the opportunity to participate in 4 interview-meetings
