OECD Forum 2012: Registration for Participants






The OECD Forum is free of charge but by invitation only.


To apply for an invitation, please send a request to oecd.forum@oecd.org indicating your background, interests and reason for attending. 


Every application will be carefully studied and we will answer every email individually.


  • The Participants' registration desk is open:
    Tuesday 22 May: from 7:30 am to 6:15 pm
    Wednesday 23 May: 7:30 am until 7:00 pm

    The conference starts at 9:30 am on Tuesday and at 8:30 am on Wednesday.

  • Badges
    Badges for participants to the Forum will be printed as participants arrive. In order to receive your participant’s badge and information pack, you will be asked to show proof of identity. For security reasons, please wear your badge at all times. On the second day of the Forum, you will also be asked to show your badge and proof of identity when you arrive.

  • Security Perimeter
    An external security perimeter is established by the French police on streets adjacent to the OECD, limiting access and parking around the OECD site. All speakers and accompanying persons must bring their confirmation email and appropriate piece of ID with them in order to pass through the security perimeter. 

Practical Information
  • Interpretation
    The plenary sessions will have simultaneous interpretation in French and English. Headsets are available in the seat pockets in each room. Interpretation will not be provided in the “OECD_IdeaFactory” sessions.
  • Cybercafe
    Several Cybercafe areas, located on Level -1, are equipped with computers with Internet and WiFi connection.
  • Telephones
    A public phone is available on Level -1 opposite the Copy Centre. Please ensure that your mobile telephones are either in silent mode or switched off during conference sessions.


Journalists wishing to register for the OECD Forum and Ministerial meeting should send their name, medium, employer and national press number to media.registration@oecd.org
