OECD Forum 2017: Practical information
Please arrive well in advance of the start of your meeting to allow sufficient time for the registration formalities.
The OECD Conference Centre offers 3000 square meters of modern conference rooms and a range of facilities. OECD is committed to measure and improve its overall environmental performance.
The plenary sessions will have simultaneous interpretation in French and English (except for the IdeaFactory sessions and lunch debates, which will be held in English only). Headsets are available in the seat pockets in each room.
You will find several Cybercafe areas equipped with computers with Internet and WiFi connection.
The OECD Bookshop is at your disposal to get the latest OECD publications as well as a range of OECD branded products such as mugs, pens, postcards.
A cash dispenser and a public phone are also available. Please ensure that your mobile telephones are either in silent mode or switched off during conference sessions.
Media Centre for journalists
Journalists will have access at all times to the Media Centre in the OECD Conference Centre and to the main hall of the OECD Conference Centre.
Relevant documents will be available as well as laptop plug-ins.
