This is the report on the 3rd OECD Workshop on Environmentally Sound Management of Wastes which was held in Washington D.C., USA, 20-22 March 2002.
The OECD developed this guidance report as a pilot set for the environmentally sound management of specific waste streams, in particular used a scrap personal computers.
This study is composed of three case studies and a synthesis report on how to apply ESM to small and medium size enterprises.
