As part of the OECD's Programme of Dialogue and Co-operation with China, a seminar on environmental indicators was held on 15-16 December 2003 at the OECD Headquarters in Paris. The seminar was organised under the auspices of the OECD Working Group on Environmental Information and Outlooks (WGEIO) back-to-back with its meeting on 17-18 December 2003. The seminar was organised in close co-operation with the State Environmental Protection Administration of China (SEPA) and the Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning (CAEP).
