This activity aims to build the capacity of managers and staff of environmental inspectorates in developing and implementing effective enforcement strategies, professional management systems and enforcement and compliance instruments.
This work programme item responds to requests for support to redesign enforcement tools and the way they are applied in order to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
