This work will assist EECCA countries to reform existing, and to introduce new, economic instruments for environmental protection.
The Objective of this work is to assist environmental regulatory agencies in EECCA to streamline and integrate environmental permitting procedures and requirements.
The objectives of this work is to develop approaches for optimising the design of compliance monitoring systems, particularly by developing environmental self-monitoring by enterprises.
