OECD at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP25)

This year's COP25 on the theme "“Time for Action” under the presidency of Chile, is focusing on how to restrict the rise of global temperatures to below 1.5 ºC.

The OECD will be actively contributing to this important event through a series of side events, publications, and by taking part in a number of workshops, seminars and other events throughout the conference.

  • Official OECD UNFCCC Side-Event "Moving from commitment to action: combining mitigation and development objectives"
       13 December - Room 5, 11:30-13:00 

Jointly organised with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) and the National Institute of Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), this event will discuss long-term, low-emission pathways and show how mitigation interacts with the SDGs.
