This report sets out the challenge for freshwater in a changing climate and provides guidance on how to navigate this new “waterscape”. It highlights trends and practices drawn from the OECD Survey of Policies on Water and Climate Change Adaptation covering all 34 member countries and the EC. Each country profiles provide a snapshot of the challenges posed by climate change for freshwater and the emerging policy responses.
This report assesses Norway's progress since the previous OECD Environmental Performance Review in 2001. It analyses the extent to which the country has met its national objectives and international commitments regarding the management of its environment and natural resources.

The OECD's Environmental Outlook to 2030 says that global efforts to tackle the main environmental challenges - climate change, biodiversity loss, water scarcity and risks to human health - are achievable and affordable.
