This study was conducted in the framework of co-operation between the OECD and China. The OECD secretariat has examined the financial sustainability and affordability of developing modern, centralised wastewater management infrastructure in medium sized cities and countries in China.
The aim of this seminar was to take stock of current environmental monitoring practices in China and in OECD countries.
