Hydrolysis of radiolabelled [test material] at mg a.i./L was studied in the dark at --ΊC in sterile aqueous buffered solutions at pH 5 (type of buffer; e.g. , acetate buffer), pH 7 (type of buffer) and pH 9 (type of buffer) for days. The experiment was conducted in accordance with the (specify the Guideline followed), and in compliance with the GLP standards (specify the GLP standards followed; e.g., OECD-GLP). Samples were analysed at 0, x1, --, and xn days by extracting with (specify the solvent and/or method used; indicate, if the samples were not extracted), and the [test material] residues were analysed by [TLC/HPLC (detector)/GC-(detector)]. Identification of the transformation products was done by (e.g.: GC-MS, co-chromatography, etc.).
The radioactivity balance was (mean ± s.d.), -- (mean ± s.d.), and -- % (mean ± s.d.) of the applied at pH 5, pH 7, and pH 9, respectively. At test termination, the concentration of the parent compound decreased from -- % at day 0, to --% of the initial at pH 5, from to --% of the initial at pH 7, and from to --% of the initial at pH 9. [If there was no transformation of the parent, state that most of the applied 14C was associated with the parent compound at test termination. If there was transformation, incorporate the following]. At pH 5, the major transformation products detected were (Code and chemical nomenclature), with maximum concentrations of and -- % of the applied, observed on the th and th day of incubation/at test termination, respectively. At pH 7, the major transformation products detected were (Code and chemical nomenclature), with maximum concentrations of and --% of the applied, observed on the th and th day of incubation/ at test termination, respectively. At pH 9, the major transformation products detected were (Code and chemical nomenclature), with maximum concentrations of and -- % of the applied amount, observed on the th and th day of incubation/at test termination, respectively. [Specify if no major transformation products were detected in any of the pHs]. The minor transformation product(s) was/were {Code name(s) and chemical nomenclature}, and formed at a maximum of --, -- and -- % of the applied at pH 5, pH 7, and pH 9, respectively. [indicate if the concentration of the transformation products decreased after reaching the maximum]. At the end of the study, the evolved CO2 was --, --, and -- % of the applied at pH 5, pH 7, and pH 9, respectively. The total volatile organics at test termination was --, --, and -- % of the applied amount at pH 5, pH 7, and pH 9, respectively (Indicate if the volatiles were not formed). The unidentified radioactivity was --, --, and -- % of the applied amount at pH 5, pH 7, and pH 9, respectively.
The half-life (lives)/DT50 (50% decline times) of [test material] were--, --, and d at pH 5, pH7, and pH 9, respectively.
