Four groups are involved in the day-to-day running of TALIS.

• OECD Secretariat
  The OECD Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day management of TALIS.
• TALIS Board of Participating Countries
  The TALIS Board of Participating Countries determines the policy priorities and makes sure that these are respected during the implementation of the TALIS survey
• TALIS National Project Managers
  TALIS National Project Managers oversee the implementation of TALIS in each participating country/region.
• International contractor
  International contractor designs and implements the TALIS survey.
