HoonHo Kim joined the AHELO team at the beginning of March and will be with us until 31 August. HoonHo will essentially work on the fourth strand of AHELO, the value-added measurement strand. He is a doctoral candidate in Higher Education and Educational Administration program at Seoul National University in Korea. His doctoral dissertation focuses on the reasons explaining why, in Korea, college tuition keeps rising.
