The CELE international conference "Higher Education Spaces and Places: For Learning, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange", being held jointly with the University of Latvia in Riga, will explore how to create sustainable educational facilities that will meet the needs of future generations.
This book provides an internationally comparable set of indicators on the educational provision for students with disabilities, learning difficulties and disadvantages (SENDDD).

The current paper provides an overview of the International Adult Literacy Survey (IALS) and the Adult Literacy and Life Skills Survey (ALL) as well as of the forthcoming OECD Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC).
These articles have been published in the journal of the OECD Centre for Effective Learning Environments (CELE). Prior to 2009, the journal was called “PEB Exchange”.

The present country report describes the context of the policies and provisions related to support and aid for students with disabilities or learning difficulties in Denmark.
