Pilar Philip Martinez - Consultant
Pilar's tasks include researching, contacting and following-up potential IMHE members; liaison with Spanish-speaking IMHE members; contributing to the organisation of different IMHE events.
She also contributes to the communication strategy of the Programme.
Prior to joining IMHE, she worked for the Mexican Permanent Delegation to the OECD. She holds a master´s degree in international public management from Sciences Po Paris.
She is a Mexican national and a PhD. student in international law at the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
