Fabrice Hénard - Analyst

 

 

Fabrice Hénard joined IMHE in August 2007 as an Analyst. He is currently in charge of the review on Quality and Relevance of Teaching in Higher Education and also works on the Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO) feasibility study and the Managing Internationalisation project. In line with management issues, he has also monitored a review on national and transnational guidelines for institutional governance and quality in higher education.

Prior to IMHE, Fabrice was involved in the evaluation of public policies for about 8 years, mostly in the educational sector. He worked 4 years at the French National Agency for the Evaluation of Research and of Tertiary Education, carrying out institutional evaluations on management and leadership for French and European universities; in addition, he steered transnational reviews on convergence and mutual recognition of quality assurance systems and participated to the evaluation design of EU-funded mobility programmes. Previously Fabrice worked 5 years as a senior consultant in evaluation of public policies and in policy design, at the consulting company Eureval-Centre for European Evaluation Expertise.

A French native, Fabrice graduated from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po-Paris) and holds a Master's Degree in Urban Policy from Sciences Po.
