Brazil’s São Paulo Metropolitan Region is conducting a performance evaluation pilot study at three schools serving disadvantaged populations. The objective is first to test methods which can facilitate Post Occupancy Evaluations and then to carry out the evaluations.
An international PEB conference entitled “Inclusion and Integration through Innovation: The Role of 21st Century Learning Environments in Promoting Social Participation and Access to Education for Learners with Special Needs” in Auckland, New Zealand, on 17-20 August 2008.
A special session of the PEB Governing Board in November 2007 highlighted a range of approaches and good practices in developing environmentally sustainable learning environments.
