Rien Rouw is a Secondee in CERI’s Governing Complex Education Systems project. He comes from the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, where he worked for ten years as advisor on strategy and evidence-based policy. For the last three years he was also a member of the CERI Governing Board. Before joining the Ministry he worked in various positions in Dutch public administration, among others at the Court of Audit and at the National Council for Social Development. He holds a MA degree in History from the University of Leiden.
