Patrick currently works as a consultant for CERI's project on Governing Complex Education Systems. Prior to joining the OECD, Patrick studied skill accumulation in agglomerations as part of his PhD in Economics at the London School of Economics, where he was also a Teaching Fellow. In 2005-2006 he worked on a public finance reform in a French Ministry. Patrick also holds an MRes in Political Theory from Sciences Po Paris and an MSc in Management from HEC Paris. In his spare time, Patrick likes to fence, play in a band, and dabble with computers.
