Katarzyna (Kaska) Kubacka currently works as an analyst in the Education Directorate of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), in Paris. She is researching for the Education and Social Progress (ESP) project, which focuses on the influence of formal and informal learning in relation to the development of cognitive and non-cognitive skills, and the effects that these types of skills might have on individuals’ social progress.
Before joining the OECD, Katarzyna was based at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam where she taught and researched on a variety of topics related to interpersonal processes. Her work has appeared in peer-reviewed psychology and communication science publications.
Katarzyna holds B.Sc in Social and Cognitive Psychology, and Integrated Social Sciences from Jacobs University Bremen (Germany), MSc. in Social Psychology and a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (The Netherlands). Katarzyna is a Polish national.
