Cécile Bily

Project Assistant

Cécile Bily joined the AHELO team as Project Assistant in October 2008. She was previously the Division Assistant for the Indicators and Analysis division (the division dealing with PISA, INES and PIAAC among other projects) within the Directorate for Education and had worked in that division since starting at the OECD in 2001. Cécile provides assistance on logistical, contractual and administrative matters for AHELO. She also maintains the AHELO website.
