7 Programmes for better corporate governance
Based on the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, Regional Roundtables on Corporate Governance maintain a continuous framework for policy dialogue and multilateral exchange of experience. With the support of the Global Corporate Governance Forum and co-founded by the IFC/World Bank Corporate Governance Department the Roundtables provide and disseminate high standards and practices of corporate governance in developing and transition economies.
The current phase focuses on policy design, implementation and enforcement. Download a summary of the main experiences from the roundtables (2003).
