Second Workshop on Regulatory Reform in International Air Cargo Transportation

A second Workshop in 2000 considered liberalisation and regulatory reform in terms of the facilitating improved services to users. It sought to address the need for a balance between objectives of Member countries and interests of operators and their workforces, users and other parties. The OECD offered practical suggestions to this end and is to explore new approaches.
