Mr. Koen de Marteau, a Belgian national, is Head of Cluster Services for Europe, Middle East & Africa (excluding Germany and UK) at DHL.
Koen has an impeccable career development track record across several industries as international, blue chip leader in Services (Deutsche Post World Net/DHL; Solvus; Randstad Holding). He has over 5 years of procurement responsibility at corporate management level for multi-country matrix organised business units, including proven strategic skills and follow-through with year on year delivery of results.
Koen is a member of the Procurement Board, and has additional experience in the fields of mergers and company acquisition, integrations, business restructurings, change management and turnarounds, internal business partner management and cross-border exchange (leading virtual teams).
