• Background Paper: International Cooperation in the National Interest: A Cross-Cutting Approach to Enhancing the Provision of Global Public Goods with Specific Focus on Global Commons

• Outcome: Direct feedback given by Ministers and other Stakeholders to the Secretariat of the International Task Force on Global Public Goods on their draft operational proposals on institutional reform and financing mechanisms for the Global Commons. The input fed into the drafting of their final report in 2005.
