It provides a forum for the exchange of experiences between senior policy-makers, regulators and market participants with first hand experience of present developments and ongoing work. The Roundtable has also established a Companies Circle to provide Policy and practical input to the Roundtable's work and to promote good corporate governance practivces at the company level.
Building on its discussions, the Roundtable has issued a Latin American Corporate Governance White Paper. It is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
