Biography of Mr Andrew Temu: OECD Policy Dialogue on Aid for Trade

Dr. Andrew E. Temu is a Professor of Agricultural Economics at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Andrew has researched widely, published and offered consultancy services in the areas of agricultural projects design and management. He has a special interest in the effectiveness of donor funded development programmes for agriculture including. His current engagement is in the design of a sector wide approach to the development of agriculture in Tanzania.
