The PattiChiari Consortium, in collaboration with The European House-Ambrosetti, is carrying out an independent and in-depth study aimed at developing an innovative index to measure the level of Financial Capability in Italy. The current study is the third phase of a long-term project whose objective is to identify suitable strategies in order to increase and spread financial culture in Italy. The elaboration of a measurement system of Financial Culture was included among the Recommendations launched with the studies “Financial Education in Italy – Considerations and Proposals for improving the Country’s Financial Culture” and “Financial Education in Italy – The current scenario and eventual areas for improvement”.
