The OECD's Work Programme on Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution

Louis Bouchez and Alexander Karpf summarise the OECD's work to date on corporate governance and dispute resolution in an article included in The Quality of Corporate Law and the Role of Corporate Law Judges, co-published in 2006 by the OECD, the Amsterdam Centre for Corporate Finance and the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs. This book brings together a selection of papers that were presented on 20 March 2006 at the OECD's Exploratory Meeting on Corporate Governance Related Dispute Resolution in Stockholm and the papers delivered at the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs' conference, Delaware Comes to the Netherlands, which took place on 18 April 2006 in The Hague. For more information on the publication, see the publications section of the Amsterdam Centre for Corporate Finance web site.
