Members of African civil society were invited to participate in the 10th meeting of the African Partnership Forum (APF).
During the first day of the meeting, on April 7, they delivered a statement to APF representatives and circulated a communique to the media, in which they challenged African leaders to take the African continent in the “right direction” and asked international partners to use the opportunity to “listen more, to understand more and to know how best to support the Africans as they take charge of their destiny”.
