Project to include financial literacy in the school curriculum, Ministry of Education of Brazil (MEC) together with the WG.
This project aims to reach 58 million children and 212000 schools in the long run. The phase one will probably cover two thousand schools by the end of 2009. Specific methodology to include financial concepts in mathematics, history, etc. will soon be written. Publications, a website and technical support to teachers of the first group of schools will be developped.

Financial education programme, Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) www.cba.ca:
The Canadian Bankers Association is the industry association representing domestic chartered banks and foreign bank subsidiaries operating in Canada and their 249,000 employees. The CBA provides consumer financial information to Canadian consumers, as well as a financial literacy seminar program for high-school students that reaches approximately 20,000 students per year.
