Formaper is a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce in Milan (Italy) actively involved in developing and supporting small and micro-business in local areas by training, services and assistance. Formaper is a partner of the LEED Programme since long time and is engaged, together with LEED, in many fields: women entrepreneurship, local development, young entrepreneurs, and not for profit initiatives. Formaper and LEED organised, on Monday 26 April 2004, an international conference on entrepreneurship and local development in Milan.
