PEB Welcomes Campania

The OECD Programme on Educational Building is pleased to welcome Italy’s Campania Region as its latest Associate Member.

 

Campania, having a population of almost 6 million and measuring 13 600 square kilometres, is the country’s most densely populated region. In May 2008, Regione Campania launched a five-year project to improve the quality and seismic resistance of its school buildings (see “Campania, Italy, Launches Educational Quality Project”). The Campania Region is PEB’s fourth Associate Member from Italy.
