The support provided by the Initiative's Secretariat towards the region’s anti-corruption efforts is driven by the needs and demands of the countries that have endorsed the Action Plan. The Steering Group, consisting of the countries' designated contact persons, the Advisory Group and the Secretariat, regularly meets and deliberates the Initiative's future activities and priorities.
As foreseen in the Action Plan’s implementation mechanism, the regular Steering Group meetings also provide an opportunity to discuss and review the countries' priority areas for reform, related projects and the countries’ anti-corruption frameworks.
