Ms Antonella Noya

Current position: Administrator at the LEED Programme OECD

Italian national, living in Paris since 1993, 2 children, is Administrator at the LEED Programme of the OECD, where she developed the activities on social enterprises, non-profit sector, corporate social responsibility, asset-building strategies for low-income people, social innovation. She is also involved in initiatives on social cohesion, distressed urban areas and micro-finance.
She manages the OECD/Forum on Social Innovations, created in 2000 to foster the transfer of best policies and practices of social innovation.
She organizes and co-organizes regularly OECD international conferences and seminars: among others, the Washington conference on the non-profit sector and local development ( September 2000) the conference on culture and local development (September 2000) the one week study mission and conference in san Francisco on social innovation (May 2002) the conference on Entrepreneurship and local development in distressed urban areas (October 2003), the conference on Women Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (December 2003).
She manages consultants and experts for internal and external projects and OECD reports.

Previous experience

Before joining the OECD she worked as a researcher for many Italian and European research centres (Fondazione Giulio Pastore, CENSIS, LABOS, Fondazione Pietro Seveso, CERI) and taught Industrial Relations and Labour Economics at the University of Rome. She was manager in the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Italian Confederation of State-owned companies, where she was in charge of relationship with the Italian Parliament and Government.
She is a First Class Honours Graduate in Political Sciences of the LUISS University of Rome and holds a M.D. in legal advice and drafting.
She is the author of various publications and articles in the field of Industrial relations, non profit sector and local development.
