The second Broadband Workshop was held in Seoul, Korea on 4-5 June 2002, following the successful Workshop on " Broadband: Infrastructure, applications and use" at the OECD, December 2001. The second Workshop was organised by the OECD Working Party on the Information Economy, the OECD Working Party on Telecommunication and Information Services Policy and the Korean Ministry of Information and Communication.
