The Sigma Programme, a joint initiative of the EU and the OECD principally financed by the EU, in June 2008 extended its support to Armenia in the framework of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). Activities in Armenia will be undertaken in accordance with this country's specific needs and priorities.

Armenia, as a European Neighbour, relies on Sigma assistance in priority areas, such as financial control, civil service and public procurement, and in various activities.
You may wish to take a look at information and reference documents provided by the EU's European Neighbourhood Policy on Armenia.
