This dataset is a complement to the report Agricultural Policies in OECD Countries: Monitoring and Evaluation - At a Glance 2008
The dataset contains:

Data for the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and the Slovak Republic are available here for the period 1986-2003. From 2004, these countries are integrated in the EU25/27 calculations.
Data for Bulgaria and Romania are available below for the period 1986-2006. From 2007, these countries are integrated in the EU27 calculations.
For OECD:
For Non-OECD Economies estimates are available up to 2005 and are based on PSE classification used before 2007. Updated estimates for 1986-2007 based on new PSE classification will be available in March 2009.
