02/06/2008 - The OECD will publish its latest Economic Outlook, containing analysis and projections for major world economies, at 11.00 a.m. Paris time (09.00 GMT) on Wednesday 4 June 2008.
Angel Gurría, OECD Secretary-General, and Jorgen Elmeskov, OECD’s acting Chief Economist, will present the Outlook at a news conference (in English with French interpretation) at OECD headquarters, 2 rue André Pascal, Paris 16ème.
The news conference will be broadcast live on the OECD's website and can be heard live as well by dialing + 33 1 56 78 89 92 or + 33 1 56 78 90 57 . The Outlook will be available in English, French and German on the OECD's password-protected website from 11.00 a.m. Paris time for immediate release.
The news conference takes place during the OECD annual Forum and Council Meeting at Ministerial Level. Journalists wishing to attend the news conference should register online.
Separate news briefings with OECD economists on the Economic Outlook will be held via videoconference the same day for journalists based in Berlin, Mexico City and Tokyo:
