 ... A platform for a structured policy dialogue and an exchange of practical experiences from corporate governance in state owned enterprises

 

...  Senior policy-makers, regulators, practitioners and others with first hand expertise from both OECD and non-OECD countries

 

... High priority issues for the region including the establishment and composition of effective boards, and the role and structure of state ownership entities

 

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the OECD’s recent Global Network meeting on transparency and accountability, which was instrumental in the finalisation of the OECD’s Implementation Guide to Ensure Accountability and Transparency in State Ownership.
