BBC World Debate: Investing in Africa: What Works?

Broadcasting of a special BBC World Debate recorded live in Accra on the occasion of the Third High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness(2-4 September 2008). Produced in association with the BBC World Service Trust in close cooperation with OECD-DAC, the programme features a high-level panel: OECD Secretary General Angel Gurría, World Bank Managing Director Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Ghanaian Minister of State Anthony Akoto-Osei, Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Oh Joon, CEO of CIVICUS Kumi Naidoo and Director General for Development of the EC Stefano Manservisi.
