Poverty Reduction and Social Development - Team

 

Johannes Jütting, Senior Economist at the OECD Development Centre, is head of the Poverty Reduction and Social Development team. He leads activities on gendermigration and informal employment.

 

Juan de Laiglesia is an Economist in the Poverty Reduction and Social Development team. His main research interests are in social and informal institutions; the economics of land tenure; and inequality and poverty.

 

Estelle Loiseau works on gender issues and the Social Institutions and Gender Index (SIGI) and Wikigender in particular, supervising the development of the website, promoting it, and following up on partnerships. She also helps in organising workshops and conferences, and manages the team's website and newsletters.

Jason Gagnon is a Junior Policy Analyst in the Poverty Reduction and Social Development team, particularly working on migration issues.

David Khoudour-Castéras is an economist at the OECD Development Centre, where he coordinates the work on international migration.

Somali Cerise is the Gender Project Coordinator at the OECD Development Centre, within the Poverty Reduction and Social Development Unit. She is responsible for the Centre’s gender-related policy and research activities, with a particular focus on the Social Institutions and Gender Index (SIGI).

 

Francesca Francavilla is an Economist at the OECD Development Centre, within the Poverty Reduction and Social Development Unit. She works in the framework of the horizontal project on Gender Equality in Education, Employment and Entrepreneurship in OECD countries, emerging economies and developing countries. Francesca works in close collaboration with the gender teams in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs and the Development Co-operation Directorate.
