OECD Statistical Programme of Work 2003

This is the first time that the OECD Statistical Programme of Work is presented to the public. It gives an overview of all main statistical activities carried out by the Statistics Directorate and all other Directorates active in the field of statistics.

The Programme is divided into two parts:

  • The First Part describes the most important components of the OECD Statistics Strategy launched in 2001 and provides a summary of activities envisaged in 2003.
  • The Second part offers a more detailed description of individual statistical activities, highlighting their purpose, objectives, outputs, publications and databases produced by each activity, and main developments expected in 2003.
