28th annual meeting of Senior Budget Officials

The 28th annual meeting of Senior Budget Officials (SBO) was hosted by the Turkish Ministry of Finance and took place in Istanbul on 31 May – 1 June 2007. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ian Watt, Permanent Secretary, Australian Department of Finance and Administration. The meeting opened with a keynote address by Mr. Kemal Unakitan, Minister of Finance, Turkey.
